We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day if received before 2pm. However, in all other cases your order will be dispatched on the next working day via Royal Mail (or equivalent courier service).
All parcels will be sent in packing appropriate for the item/s ordered.
Not all items are available from stock and will require a lead time for machining. These items will be shown as 'PRE ORDER ONLY' at the top of the product pages.
If items that are shown as out of stock and require a machining time are ordered at the same time as 'in stock' items, all items will be sent when the machined items are complete.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct on your confirmation email as this cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched from our workshop. If you do notice there is a mistake on your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers expectations. However if any part of our service is not to your liking, please get in touch and we will endeavour to deal with it for you.
In the event you are not happy with a product, you must let us know and return it to us within 14 days of your delivery day. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of an order arriving damaged, please get in touch within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send out a replacement on the next working day.
